[chef] knife-rackspace 0.5.8 released

I just pushed an updated version of the knife-rackspace plugin [0]. In 
addition to the tickets listed below, I created a base module to DRY up some 
of the logic (and CLI options) shared across subcommands. You should see 
similar improvements coming to the rest of the knife plugins Opscode 
maintains.

Here's a list of tickets that were addressed with this release:

** Bug
 * [KNIFE_RACKSPACE-14] - knife rackspace server create's bootstrap uses 
identity_file but there's no config option

** New Feature
 * [KNIFE_RACKSPACE-10] - Supply a metadata hash
