[chef] Solaris support for chef-client cookbook.

In case it helps others, I've released our work to enhance the
chef-client cookbook to add Solaris support:

With the enhancement a new SMF service (Solaris' replacement for
init.d) called chef-client is created and manages/starts chef-client.

I've also opened a ticket referencing the pull request to get this
integrated: http://tickets.opscode.com/browse/COOK-670
