yes.
we keep struggling with nodes that is present in couch but its attributes are not available in solr. recently we had discovered a solr issue (max index size). still we get few cases like that

Has anybody seen a node totally empty i.e it exists and is fetched by the search operation for example.
But the its contents is empty, no :fqdn, :network and etc.
It occurred that such a node is a terminated ec2 instance.
How to struggle with these kind of issues in future?
