[chef] Service statement bug in recipe when running on SuSe..?

Before I file a bug report, I wanted to see if anyone else has seen this problem.

 

Essentially, I cannot get a recipe to start or restart the chef-client service on SuSe.

Here is the recipe…   It works on CentOS and not SuSe
