[chef] Re: Bug in the yum LWRP?

For the list archives we got to the bottom of it and it was this issue
http://tickets.opscode.com/browse/CHEF-2637 causing problems. Turns
out yum can exit with a non zero exit code yet still install the
package in some instances. Fun!
