[chef] wiki instructions on how to install chef-client

I have added instructions to wiki on how to connect chef-client to the chef-server  but i am not sure if my way is the recommended way http://wiki.opscode.com/display/chef/Installation+with+RubyGems

chef-client> knife configure client ./client-config

chef-client> mkdir /etc/chef

chef-client> cp client-config/client.rb client-config/validation.pem /etc/chef/

please advise
