[chef] Node Delete and User Delete

I've search the list archive and the web but I've not found anyone else that 
has mentioned this.

I'm testing chef 0.10.4 on Centos 5. 
I've used both the rpm (chef-server) and the chef-solo bootstrap (to 
chef-server) methods.

I've found that I'm not able to delete nodes or users. 
When I attempt to delete a node the webui simply cycles on itself. 
When I attempt to delete a user I get a merb 404 error.

Is this  a known bug?
