Also, if your chef-expander logs are empty, that could be symptomatic of a
different problem, namely that the node data isn't making it to chef-expander
(via rabbitmq). You should definitely see one log entry per searchable object
when you run `knife index rebuild`. You can adjust the log level of
chef-expander on the fly with `chef-expanderctl log-level debug` and check
the queue for a backlog with `chef-expanderctl queue-depth`. You can also
ping chef-expander's workers with `chef-expanderctl node-status`.
