Ok, I'll open a JIRA ticket later.

I was under the impression that you used a different development
process for cookbooks. If it's just the same as for the rest of chef
and you don't merge changes from https://github.com/cookbooks, I'll
just revert to submitting regular JIRA tickets and pull requests
instead of commiting to cookbooks/apt on GitHub.
