[chef] knife-windows v0.5.8 released

We've shipped knife-windows version 0.5.8.

This release updates the default bootstrap template for windows
bootstrap (windows-chef-client-msi.erb) to use the new redirect URL
(http://www.opscode.com/chef/install.msi) for the installation
package, which includes the 0.10.6 release of Chef.
