Hi, I've installed chef-server on ec2 with ebs store using the pacakges following thisĀ http://wiki.opscode.com/display/chef/Installing+Chef+Server+on+Debian+or+Ubuntu+using+Packages article.

And now its running. When I stop the node and later if I start it again, its up successfully but the cookbooks, roles, databags, etc.... are all lost and I've to upload it again and again.

So, how can I install the chef-server with database mount on other volume so that later when I start the node again, all those data should be retained automatically?

I'm sure someone have done this or any pointer and links to other posts would also be great.

Thanks.
