[chef] Manage desktop settings with chef

Hi :-)

When I was working at the project GECOS[1] that uses Chef to manage
workstations we were looking for cookbooks for manage different kind
of user's settings with no much luck.

We did create some recipes and LWRPs and I've just cleaned up one of
them ('desktop') and shared at Github[2] and the Opscode Community
site[3] in case anyone need to manage the Gconf or GSettings (GNOME
desktop settings systems) keys and values.

I hope this LWRP help more people. To use it just add it as depend to
your cookbook and upload to your Chef server. You can see some
examples at the README file:

Please test it and give me some feedback at Github if you see something wrong.
