[chef] Re: Upgrade from 0.10.4 to 0.10.8 via Ubuntu packages prevents logins

Figured it out. The upgrade also upgraded couchdb to 1.0.1. Copied the
chef.couch file to the 1.0.1 data directory and knife and clients seem
to work.

WebUI is throwing "HTTPServer Exception 500" errors though just trying to 
load:
