[chef] Cookbook files doesn't download on windows host.

Hi, everyone!
Chef-server version is 0.10.4.
Chef-client version is 0.10.4.
My problem is my role include two cookbooks for windows host and when i start
chef run proccess my second cookbook everytime fails with strange error:

[Wed, 05 Mar 2012 16:48:29 +0400] FATAL: Chef::Exceptions::FileNotFound:
cookbook_file[C:/fooo/buzz/sqlnet.sys] (RC-app::default line
/chef/cache/cookbooks/RC-app/recipes/default.rb) had an error: cookbook RC-app
does not contain file files/sqlnet.sys

But, my second cookbook already has this file, path to this file is valid
(RC-app/files/default/sqlnet.sys). And i could download this cookbook with 
this
file by knife utility from target windows host.
All my logs are clean, i mean without errors. Any suggestions?
