[chef] Need help.. Urgent!

Hi Team,

I am getting error,

 Chef::Exceptions::Exec: /sbin/service httpd restart returned 1, expected 0

When i ran the following code,
 service "httpd" do
  supports :restart => true, :status => true, :reload => true
  action [:enable, :start]  
end

Please do the needful help.
