[chef] Multiple Chef Servers (webui)

Hi,

As discussed in previous threads I'm trying to get a multiple-chef-server-on-one-host environment going. (I think) the chef server is up, I'd like to connect to it through the web UI. 

Does anyone know what configuration variable to set for the webui?
