[chef] Tool for checking if your chef repo is in sync with your chef server

Hey all, I wrote this tool that I'm finding useful at my job. We have about 6
chef servers that manage about 200 nodes. Once more than one person is working
on a chef server we've found our chef servers sometimes getting out of sync
with our version controlled chef repo. Anyways, here it is:
