Ohai Chefs!

As part of a workshop I'm giving next week we are trying to set up a server with a recent version JIRA, Bamboo, FishEye, Confluence, etc. (lets see how far we can get).

Is there anything beyond the Opscode JIRA cookbook that we could base our work upon?

We only have 2 days for the workshop, so any kickstart we could get from the community would be a great help for us.
