I have not administered lists hosted by Google, but I assume you can
delete spam and flag accounts as spammers? How well does that (not)
work? At my previous gig I opened up forum/email moderation to the
community and gave several community members this power and it kept
spam at much lower levels (distributed whack-a-mole).
