Moar releases! As before, see the CHANGELOG.md of each cookbook for further
information.
build-essential v1.1.0 - This abstracts package selection via the
platform_family attribute introduced in a recent release of ohai, and it also
allows the option to install packages for building C software at compiletime.
The README.md is updated to reflect this (there's a typo in the Usage
example, but that is fixed in master, just hasn't been updated in the release
yet - the attributes file is correct).
perl v1.0.0 - This releases switches the cpan installation to use
App::cpanminus (cpanm), closing a few duplicated tickets related to Config.pm
being perl version specific. Thanks Ash Berlin! Another important change is
that the list of packages selected for installation by platform is now set to
an attribute, so you can flexibly control your perl packages.
java v1.5.2 - This has some better handling for Oracle JDK on Ubuntu.
