Bill has all you need for cooking with Chef and Vagrant on Windows:

* Ruby (with DevKit) and RubyGems 

* Chef, Vagrant, Veewee, etc as pre-installed Gems

* ready-to-use Chef Server and Chef Repository

* extra tools like PortableGit, Kdiff3, Console2 and SublimeText2

* tutorial and examples to get you started
