Hi,
I did some more digging around.

When trying it directly on a machine directly connected to the internet, the
error messages keep appearing, but the servers get listed.

When trying it over our company proxy, the error message appears and knife
locks.

I dug around in the code a bit and it seems that there is some issue with the
Excon library. I can see it authenticating at the proxy, but it seems to get
stuck in processing the response when it is trying to set up the connection.

Hopefully somebody recognizes this problem, or knows how to solve this.

Thank you.

Regards,
Jeroen
