Try adding rollback_on_error per the previous email, and run it again.

Then look at

ls -la /var/www/releases/0465c9e08a9f73ba248bf814e9c816599e75dd95 /var/www/releases/0465c9e08a9f73ba248bf814e9c816599e75dd95/config
