[chef] Chef 11 Server alpha packages available

Hi all,

We've started publishing nightly alpha pre-release builds of Chef 11 Server. 
Packages are available for the following platforms:

* CentOS 5 64-bit
* CentOS 6 32-bit and 64-bit
* Ubuntu 10.04 32-bit and 64-bit
* Ubuntu 11.04 32-bit and 64-bit
* Ubuntu 12.04 32-bit and 64-bit

The chef-server cookbook (on master) has been updated to install the 
appropriate omnibus server package based on the platform it is run on.

The same chef-server cookbook now includes a Vagrantfile to make setting up a 
demo very easy if you have a recent Ruby and VirtualBox installed.
