[chef] Released vagrant-butcher 0.0.2

Just in case someone else was having trouble with 0.0.1.

I changed the gem to delete the client and node via Chef::REST since the other API was proving flaky on my environment. If you're not having any trouble with 0.0.1, you may want to keep it. Otherwise, all testing that can be done on 0.0.2 will be beneficial.
