The easiest approach would be to use PsExec from the PsTools suite
(http://technet.microsoft.com/en-gb/sysinternals/bb896649.aspx).

Its usage looks like: psexec \\host -u username -p password "cmd \k ..."

There is a tool called winexe that appears to do a similar thing from Linux 
but
without the dependency on X.
