[chef] VMWare vCloud support

I saw that vCloud support was added to Chef around mid 2012
(http://www.opscode.com/press-releases/opscode-announces-integration-with-vmware-vcloud/).
 However, I can't seem to find any knife plugins for vCloud.  I had also hoped
to see support for vCloud's metadata in ohai but it doesn't seem to be
supported by the ohai cloud plugin yet.  Am I missing something?
