[chef] An Introduction

Hello list folks,

My name is Sam, and I've been working with Electronic Arts in London on a decently-sized Chef implementation for over 18 months now (although on this email address I speak only for myself). Matt Davies encouraged me to join list list at a London Devops meet-up, so here I am.
