So we are just barely getting a chef server stood up for initial development and testing.  I'm tempted to start with chef 11 and live with the growing pains, but I hesitate since it is still in beta. On the other hand, I don't like starting with 10 when 11 is so close.

Any advice? Which way would you go if you were starting now?
