Congrats to you guys on all the awesome news this morning! I'm really
looking forward to hearing the Facebook stories at ChefConf.
I am curious about the new pricing schemes for private chef. My most
recent client used their OPC in conjunction with the Openstack
development cloud and encouraged everyone to create tenants/orgs and use
it for CI. In such an environment, many nodes are ephemeral, only
lasting as long as it takes to launch one and run a chef convergence
against it as part of CI. Another example: I had my own private testing
org and went in every so often to clean out nodes that generally lived
for less than a day as I tested my work.
With the change for OPC pricing to a per-node basis, how will that
affect non-production use cases like the ones I'm citing?
