[chef] Problem uploading cookbooks on Chef 11 Server

Hi, I don't seem to be able to upload cookbooks on a new install chef 11 
server.

From knife I get https://gist.github.com/drrk/3555c74d582e0418bf71

And on the server in /var/log/chef-server/erchef/current I get:
https://gist.github.com/drrk/917561a92dbeaaa2f72f

I'm not sure what's wrong or how to fix.
