Based on the community practices of doing application and library
cookbooks, maybe we add those types as well.

Application would give you:

attributes/default.rb
recipes/default.rb
metadata.rb
README
CHANGELOG

Library would give you:

attributes/default.rb
providers/default.rb
resources/default.rb
metadata.rb
README
CHANGELOG

I find myself deleting files/folders to put things in both of those
formats all the time.
