[chef] 'how to write a knife plugin' wiki page ?

There used to be a useful opscode wiki page of how to write a knife plugin.

It talked about common practices, like how to use the ui method and gave an example of how to re-use other knife plugins within your own.

I can't find that page on the new documentation site.

Does anyone know where this now lives ?
