[chef] Knife Bootstrap Hanging

Hi,

I am trying to bootstrap a node but it keeps hanging at this point no matter
what I enter in afterwards.

my.server
my.server rake's executable "rake" conflicts with /usr/bin/rake
my.server Overwrite the executable? [yN]

Any ideas as to why this might be hanging?  I am running in double verbose 
mode
but it doesn't tell me anything else.  Is there any place I can look on the
remote server for additional debugging?
