I can't give a firm ETA, but we are currently working on the CI pipeline and
knife-cloud is on GitHub, it's just currently empty (development is happening
on forks).
https://github.com/opscode/knife-cloud
There will be maintenance releases of the Opscode-supported knife plugins in
the meantime if necessary, but this effort is in progress and should firm up
knife plugin support across the board.
Thanks,
Matt Ray

Thanks for the update, sounds like good plan. Any idea of an ETA?
Assuming this isn't just around the corner, are there any plans to make
an interim release of the existing plugins?
