[chef] Spanish Chef documentation

Hello, I'm new to this list, but I've been using Chef at work since last year. I was so impressed about this product, that I become the one that boost the implementation of Chef to our admins at University of La Plata, Argentina.

I've started writing an spanish course to teach our administrators at UNLP, and any help will be wellcome, so if you speak spanish and you are using Chef, please give a look at it and contact me
