im not sure, but i'll look for ngnix to use ldap against the erchef, right now erchef uses nginx to do the ssl offload iirc, so you might be able to hook the ldap for authorization there

Does Chef 11.0.8 have support for Active Directory authentication for users?   I can’t seem to find a definitive answer.  All searches point to Private Chef and this wasn’t what I wanted.
