[chef] Show run time at end of chef-client run

Hey,

We just upgraded from 10.24.0 to 11.4.0 and although the output now is very
pretty, we lost the line at the end of the logging that shows how long it took
chef-client to run.

That was a cool line to have.  Is there a way we can turn it back on, or is
this a new feature request?
