[chef] Cookbook rendering error in OSC 11

I have a cookbook that while functions properly, is having trouble being rendered in the Chef 11 UI. It renders fine in Chef 10. I'm probably doing something dumb in a template, here's a gist of the error. Hopefully it will be obvious to someone  :-)
