I haven't released it yet, but we have a tomeeplus cookbook that works with application-java.

The way I went about it was to add a provider to the tomeeplus cookbook we already had that implements all of the pieces required by application and application-java.

if this way would be helpful i can check with legal to see how much of it i can share in the short term

Greetings,

I would like to create an application-jboss cookbook similar to the application-java cookbook that already exists on the community.opscode.com site. Rather than completely reinvent the wheel I was curious if anyone had any kind of JBoss LWRPs or application deploying cookbooks they'd be willing to share.

Since I have no need for Tomcat (which is the target environment in the application-java cookbook), I anticipate my cookbook being similar in structure to application-java, but not forked from it.

In addition to any cookbooks or LWRPs that may be shared, if anyone has any ideas or suggestions about an application-jboss cookbook, please pass them on.

Thanks,
Mark Nichols
