[chef] remove role from Roles: property

Hi all,

I converged this node once when it had two roles on its run_list, now I want to remove one of the roles from its "Roles:" property.


\> knife node show xpto.sdf.pt

Node Name:   xpto.sdf.pt
Environment: DEV01
FQDN:        xpto.sdf.pt
IP:          10.71.1.137
Run List:    role[sql]
Roles:       sql, windows


Is there a way to do this without converging the node?
