I've tried to bootstrap windows:

Nikhils-MacBook-Pro:chef-repo nshah$ knife bootstrap 192.168.XX.XX -x
administrator -P XXXXXXX
Bootstrapping Chef on 192.168.XX.XX
ERROR: Network Error: Operation timed out - connect(2)
Check your knife configuration and network settings


Is there something different that needs to be done?
