Just to update, I run "sudo gem install chef" and it worked!

I've tried the suggestions from http://stackoverflow.com/questions/17460099/switching-ruby-with-rvm-breaks-chef-11-4-4-knife-command with no success.

I have no ruby background, so some sort of idiots tips are appreciated :)
