[chef] Chef Client Release: 11.6.2 & 10.28.2

Hey Chefs, 

Today we've released 11.6.2 & 10.28.2 of Chef Client. 

Highlight of the release is the fix that went into Solaris packaging that fixed up the missing symlinks after setup. Special thanks for this release's MVP Jeff Blaine for reporting the issue and helping us testing it.
