[chef] openstack, chef and unattended winddows

Hi all,
i'm quite new to chef and i would like to ask to everyone one important (for 
me
of course) question:

I have an openstack server that uses VmWare hypervisor (ESXi) to create
istances of my VMs (all windows istances).
I want use chef to connect to my openstack to create istances of my windows 
VM.
To complicate all the scenario, my windows istances are unattended windows
installation that i have to configure at runtime.

Is it possible to do this with Chef?
There's some link, tutorial or somewhat else could help me to understand how 
do
it?
