[chef] Release: Chef Client 11.8.0 & Ohai 6.20.0

What's a better day than Halloween to make a release :) 

We've released 11.8.0 of Chef Client and 6.20.0 of Ohai today.

Two of the highlights of the release are: 

1-) Chef Client Local Mode which makes it dead simple to get started with Chef 

2-) Groundwork for getting to enable SSL verification in Chef.
