What am I doing wrong here? I had this working on my staging/qa environment and now in my prod environment I can get chef to install

Ran the following:

OS - RHEL5

wget https://opscode-omnibus-packages.s3.amazonaws.com/el/5/x86_64/chef-11.8.0-1.el5.x86_64.rpm

rpm -ivh chef-11.8.0-1.el5.x86_64.rpm 

cd /opt/chef

chef-server-ctl reconfigure

 chef-server-ctl: command not found

Am I missing something?
