[chef] Hosted Chef, reset key failed

I'm running hosted chef, tried to reset my key, it failed with 'Organization not found. (Error 32033)' and now I'm locked out. I have another organization I'm associated with on that account that I use for work, but the one I'm locked out of is my personal one. I sent a support request to Opscode weeks ago and never heard back. What can I do, short of creating a new account?
