[chef] Azure IaaS Cloud Operations Partner in China

Ohai Chefs,

Might be a bit offtopic, but can someone recommend a reliable partner specialized on cloud operations (azure IaaS) in China?

Requirement is that whichever partner does the operations / maintenance must be speaking chinese and english since they have to communicate with an english speaking team during the setup phase but everything should be handed over to a local team in the mid term.

Any suggestions welcome!
