Seeing this when I go to add a new user or edit an existing user:

ERROR: No such file or directory - /opt/chef-server/embedded/service/gem/ruby/1.9.1/gems/activesupport-3.2.13/lib/active_support/locale/en.yml

Any ideas what's going on here?
